The former captive freed from terroristic organization of ISIS Nadia Murad Basi Taha became the goodwill ambassador of United Nations Organization.

On Saturday, on the 17-th of September, the newspaper TIME reported about that.

The ceremony of appointment of the former captive happened on the 16-th of September in the general headquarters of United Nations in New York.

In the management of the United Nations on the issues of drugs and crime, 23-year-old Nadia Murad Basi Taha who survived in the captivity of fighters in Iraq, will be ambassador on the protection of dignity of those endured human trafficking.

Also, during the ceremony it was informed that at this position firstly a person endured slavery is appointed.
