Brussels Chocolate Salon is about to start

The organizers promised to show performance that is more prominent then last year’s one.

Signs of Belgian chocolatiers may be found all over the world, and in the stated country citizens use up to 8.3 kilos of chocolate per a year. That is why it is the second time when Chocolate Salon established in Paris in 1995 will stage in Brussels.

One needed nineteen years to transfer into Belgium the event arranged in 30 world cities and dedicated to the art of preparation of the delicacy beloved by many people.

Co-founder of international chocolate exhibition Sylvie Douce has reported that Belgium is unique great chocolate salon.

«In every corner of the city there are chocolate shops», - she added.

As it is written by the edition La Capitale, in metropolitan region nearly 250 enterprises are count that sale chocolate confectionery. Last year Salon gathered approximately 30 000 visitors.

Many guests of Salon were not able to enter the building because of absence of free space. Thereafter the square where exhibition is held increased from four to six thousand square meters. There 100 participants will locate.
