Amsterdam commemorated Van Gogh by 50-thousand-flower picture

The 29-th of July was marked as 125 years passing from the death of the great artist – post-impressionist Vincent Van Gogh

Citizens of Amsterdam honored the memory of art master representing the portray of the artist created from 50 thousand dahlias within the area of museum square Museumplein , as People reports.

Besides that, in a day of Van Gogh’s death the cycle lane in Amsterdam was decorated by the light installation depicting one of the most famous works of the painter – the picture «Starry Night».
