American illustrator offered to watch the anatomy of pokemons

Автор: 23.08.2016
The illustrator who was born in America Christopher Stoll launched a project PokéNatomy where he depicted the anatomy of pokemons in details demonstrating the characters of the game Pokemon Go that gained unbelievable popularity

The monsters who could easily be put into the pocket have interesting inner world. At least, Christopher Stoll thinks so as the illustrator depicted lives of ten pokemons showing the interrelation between their appearance and evolution. For example, let us look to what is said about the pokemon called Bulbasaur: ‘Bulbasaur is a toad-like quadruped that houses a parasitic plant on its back from birth. Both organisms have evolved to depend totally on the other for survival. The plant, once linked the nervous system of its host, gains mobility and steady access to water and nutrients. The host is afforded protection by the plant’s formidable array of toxic spores and muscular vines. As it grows, the plant on Bulbasaur’s back begins to assume control, taking on greater share of the neural load while the host’s brain functions decrease’. Apart from Bulbasaur, Christopher Stoll provides connoisseurs of Pokemon Go game with the similar descriptions of such characters as Charmander, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Squirtle, Koffing, Magikarp, Voltorb, and Rattata.

Christopher Stoll plans to produce 151 illustrations, however, the lovers of popular game have to wait for some time because the illustrator is working over one more art project simultaneously. Christopher Stoll reported about that at the web-site Devian Art.
