It is said that the passionate admirer of omelette was verily Napoleon Bonaparte. According to the ancient legend, once Napoleon with mates stayed overnight in Bossier city where he was regaled with local delicacy called «gift of chicken».

This recommendation is accurately followed by the cookery specialists from American state Louisiana who annually prepare a giant omelette of Friendship made of 5000 eggs, 6 liters of oil, 25 liters of milk and 10 kg of garnish and regale guests with it.
