Dublin is called the cheapest capital for travels
Traditionally reasonable destinations of Europe for the attendance of heritage sites are Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw. However, the last research showed that in Irish capital one may touch the beautiful even cheaper, as Daily Mail reports.
The same cannot be said for British capital. London became the most expensive direction for connoisseurs of the culture. The attendance of museums, exhibitions and other cultural establishments here will cost four times more comparing with Dublin.
The web-portal Post Office Travel Money compared the cost of visit of six cultural places in different cities of Europe – among them there are museum, art gallery, landmark with the status of cultural heritage site, ballet, opera and concert of classical music. In Dublin the visit of all the six places, including National museum and National gallery, costs 105 euro. This number is 25% lower than last year’s one.
London appeared at the end of the list consisting of seventeen capitals with the indicator at 396 euro. In comparison with the last year British capital cultural sites prices increased by 12.5%. The cost of all sights attendance in Dublin is cheaper than one ticket for «Romeo and Juliet» or «The Barber of Seville» in London which costs for 158.4 euro.
The indicator of Paris in the stated list is equal to 341.1 euro.
