Saudi Arabia in full measure will supply the necessary funding of skyscraper Burj Al-Mamlaka («Royal Tower») building which reaches the height of one kilometer – the stated construction will be raised in thirty-two kilometers north-ward from city Jiddah. It is reported by «The Telegraph».

The investments of Saudi Arabia into building comprise 1.2 billion dollars. By the moment of its elevation the Royal Tower should become the highest construction in the world. The raising of Burj Al-Mamlaka will have been completed by 2020. The building will include two hundred floors with the total square of suits reaching the point of 245 thousand square meters.

Currently the world cannot boast of the projects implementing higher buildings. In 2012 the footing of building was finished, in 2013 the dynamic construction processes. Now twenty floors have been raised.

The building will become the greatest landmark of the raised around it district «Royal center».

The skyscraper and its surroundings are intended to be used for location of economic, business-related, touristic, and hotel subjects.

Currently the highest skyscraper in the world is Burj Khalifa («The Tower of Khalif») in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its height is equal to 828 meters, it counts 163 floors. The tower had been built during the period from 2004 to 2010; moreover, the cost of its raising is estimated as 1.5 billion dollars.
