The biggest airliner completed its first flight
The management of capital airport Denmark wrote at the official web-page in Twitter that new flight which transfers 617 people at a time will help to airway terminal to increase the annual flood of passengers from 25 to 40 million.
The head of the airport Thomas Woldbuy reported: «For the last decade the number of routes at the long ranges increased twice. It, actually, includes the pledge of our further growth, moreover, as the main transport road junction in Northern part of Europe we should be able to receive the highest line aircraft such as aerobus A380».
For the adjustment of takeoff strips to the letdown of aerobus A380 which has 73 meters in length and wingspread in 80 meters, the airport tackled grand-scale reconstruction this summer, as The Local reports.
Even though this week there was the start to regular flight from and to Copenhagen, the capital airport has already received aerobus A380 – in September Dutch capital was visited by the liner of German airline company Lufthansa.
