15-year-old William Gaduri, the pupil from Canada could found out unknown earlier city belonging to Maya civilization using the maps of starry sky as Maya astronomy.

The teenager supposed that Maya could have chosen the places for settlements and cities buing guided by the location of the stars at the sky. At first sight, the suggestion seemed unreal, however, later William figured out that huge and small cities of Indians were built up in accordance with the stars of big constellations.

William has been studying of ancient civilization for three years. During this timeperiod the schoolboy was able to put the coordinates of 117 cities at the maps of 22 constellations. When Gaduri accurately investigated the 23-rd constellation, he could match two more cities with the stars. Three stars from the group fit only two famous settlements of ancient civilization.

Having estimated where the third city should locate, Gaduri asked Canadian space agency for the detailed shots of this area. Comparing received pictures with the screens of Google Earth, the teen has found out the city of Maya that has been unknown to the science before.

The lost settlement is situated in the jungles at south-eastern Mexico, not far away from Guatemala. More detailed investigation of the photos of Japanese space agency and NASA allowed to define that in the city only a pyramid and nearly 30 buildings are constructed. The settlement has got the name K’àak’ Chi’, what means burning mouth.

During the year in the place found by William Gaduri the scientific expedition will have come. The results of his investigations the schoolboy will represent at the scientific conference in 2017.
