Scientists from Argentina have reported about the discovery of meteorite weighing more than thirty tones in province El Chaco at the north of the country.
The region of Argentina where it has been found the local citizens have been calling the sky field.
The astronomers claim that nearly four thousand years ago this territory became susceptible to the impact of meteor shower.
In 1576 Spanish colonizers found here meteorites hearing the tales of the local tribes about the stones falling from the sky.
The biggest from the meteorites ever found is situated in Namibia. It weighs 66 tons.
