The President of Bolivia offered to introduce the ‘universal citizenship’

The President of Bolivia Evo Morales at the 72-nd session of General Assembly of United Nations came up with the offer to create the universal citizenship for all the residents of the Earth thinking that in such a way a problem of non-legal migration is about to be solved.

‘Any migrant is not illegal. Several authorities do not try to get rid of the structural reasons of this phenomenon, particularly, wars, and consequences of climatic changes or economic asymmetry between the states. They only acclaim new limitations in this migration politics, mass deportations and walls building’, says Morales.

In the frame of total arguments today it will be performance of the presidents of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, and Latvia.

Let us remark that the central topic of the debates of the 72-nd session of General Assembly of United Nations lasting in New till the 25-th of September is ‘Orientation at people – tendency to the peace and benevolent life for everybody at the stable planet’. The participants of the meeting are the heads of the governments and authorities from more than 120 countries of the world.

Отметим, что центральным темой дебатов 72 сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН, проходящей в Нью-Йорке до 25 сентября, является «Ориентация на людей – стремление к миру и достойной жизни для всех на стабильной планете». Участниками встречи являются главы государств и правительств из более чем 120 стран мира.
