According to the woman, she was inspired at the opening of such a business by a man standing in the street with the poster “Free hugs”. From the moment of set up in the beginning of this year, the “enterprise” has expanded to such extent that Hess was forced to open separate studios with different “thematic rooms”.
In the first week of studios existence when the visitor pays 60 dollars per hour of platonic hugs, the number of clients reached 1000 individuals.
Hess told that the majority of the attendants of her studios is people who suffer from severe injuries or disablement that make impossible regular contacts with other people.
