The lunch in the branch of Danish restaurant Noma opened on the 26-th of January in Sydney and on repeated occasions recognized as the best dining place in the world cost 485 dollars for its first guests (the cost of beverages is not included), as The Daily Mail reports.

The visitors had a possibility to taste dished prepared by the chef René Redzepi from local products such as savoury berries in soup stock from water plants and with plump flour, muttonshell with sea lettuce and nuts, mussels with thin slices made from crocodile fat, as well as petit fours from Australian berries.

The clients booked tables in Noma on the 30-th of October, 2015, the places were sold for four minutes from the moment of purchases start.

Flight Tasters of gastronomy made by Redzepi will happen from the 26-th of January to the 2-nd of April, 2016.

Danish restaurant Noma was opened in 2004. It was recognized as the best in the world in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2014. For example, in 2014 this place took the first stage in the ranking «TheWorld's 50 BestRestaurantsAwards».

In 2015, Redzepi who is often called as the most influential chef in the world opened the branch of Noma in Tokyo. He offered to the guests to taste the dish from alive prawns with the garnish from dead ants. Gastronomic critics who had tasted the dish marked that «drops of formic acid excellently punctuates the taste of pink meat».
