Ireland displays a famous landmark for sale

The current owners sell the picturesque mansion along with the adjoining lands with the square in 455 hectares. Before that the mansion had been living in pocket of one family more than 300 years.

The mansion located in the county Mayo at the west of Ireland was built in 1730 and is considered as one of the oldest in the country. For the wide audience the mansion has been opened more than fifty years. Annually the mansion and magnificent landscapes near it has been attended by 160 thousand of tourists.

The mansion gave work to forty-seven local citizens and brought 1.7 million euro a year for the local economics. As British edition Daily Mail reports, a new owner will get a numerous places of travel significance such as former farming park, pirate park of amusement, bar, etc.

It being understood that tourists may attend Westport House this year because the business compound of the mansion is to continue its existence.
