Caribbean festival of food and wine

This festival gathers the talented chefs from all over the world and producers of the wine so as to give the guests a true gastronomic holiday and unforgettable recollections.

To participate in the festival the famous chefs and promising professionals of culinary art are invited. During three days of the festival they have been preparing the best dishes in a special degustation format, reveal the secrets of mastership and give pieces of advice how to use the different ingredients.

The festival is hosted in the hotel Grace Bay Resorts as well as several other partners, that’s why the places of festival could be different. Each festival day intends jam-packed entertaining program with the events openair and in the hotels along with the restaurants.

The festival will include the exciting culinary trip ‘Safari of gourmands’ which is about to get everybody familiar with the specialties of the local cuisine. The event is accompanied by the national music and dances of the island citizens what makes it very bright.

The program of the festival also consists of edutainment events, for example, such as workshop on the right match of different dishes and wines, demonstration of chefs’ mastership. The event called as Women of Wine luncheon should be remarked especially. In the course of that the festival guests have possibility to communicate with female chefs and try exclusive combinations of the dishes with the best wines.

The street food fair is one more special event of the festival. In the course of such a fair not invited but the local chefs show their mastership and guests have a possibility to taste the most delicious dishes prepared roasted and barbeque on the special local techniques.

Caribbean festival of food and wine in Turks and Caicos is considered as one of the largest among similar events not only in the islands but also in Carribean area in general.
