In Hungary the village is be taken on lease

The village Megyer located in the west of Hungary may be taken on lease for the weekends! It is alleged at Hungarian web-site of announcements jofogas.hu. The amount reaching a peak at 210 thousand forints (nearly 780 dollars) per a day is needed, and new temporary owner of the village is promised to become mayor’s deputy.

Those who desire to rent a housing estate are about to reside in fixed cottage with the shed. It is reported that new deputy of mayor will receive right at temporary renaming of the streets and other geographical subjects in the villages. At the same time the private property will not belong to the mayor’s deputy.

The precise list of subjects which a new owner gets at right of usage is:

- Two roads with hard-surface pavement

- Two roads with banked ground

- The bus stop

- The office building

- Seven guest cottages where up to 39 people may reside

- Three household structures

- Six horses

- Three sheep

- Two cows

- Four ha of arable land

The total square of the village composes 150 thousand square meters. There are 26 people dwelling in it constantly. UPI notes that authorities of community have decided to rent the village so as to increase incomes from tourism.
