Hungary refilled the list of heritage sites

All in all, Hungarian stodgy soup gulyash got the place in the list it has deserved. This national dish is prepared from the stewed meat, potato, onion, and other vegetables. Once gulyash was the traditional food of Hungarian shepherds but now it is appreciated by the local citizens and tourists.
A part of Hungaricum became the Order of Saint Paul, the first hermit. This international order unites monasteries not only in Hungary but also in other European countries, as well as in Australia, USA and several African countries. This order was established in XIII century in Hungary uniting more than 500 monks who live in accordance with the severe Pauline statute that had been created basing on the example of the first monk-hermit.
The third supplementary this year became the traditional porcelain Hollohazi having been produced in Hungary during 240 years on the manufacture ‘Hollohazi Porcelain’ set off in 1777. Hollohazi porcelain painted by hand is highly estimated.
Now there are 70 Hungaricums in the list. Among them there were dance chardash, cake ‘Dobosh’, sort of sheep ‘ratska’, inventor of the most famous puzzle Erno Rubik and the largest lake of Central Europe Balaton.
