The authorities of Thailand decided to close the island Tachai for tourists
Koh Tachai which is situated at the area of province Phangan and is a part of Similan national park has gained popularity among divers.
Recently the environment of Tachai has been susceptible to damage because of tourists, that is why the authorities came to decision to close the island for recovery.
Almost all sea national parks of Thailand are close in the timeperiod from May to October, however, Tachai, as it goes from the announcement of department ministry is not about to be open.
