Famous chefs opened canteens at market of Stockholm
It is unlikely that in any other trading shopping mall one may find candies offered at the royal table. A new grocery market of Stockholm Teatern is situated in the shopping centre Ringer. K-märkt is the canteen of chef Daniel Rous who prepared wedding cake for Crown princess Victory and dessert for banquet in honor of Nobel prize winners of 2014.
In the shopping centre there are several canteens with the names of culinary stars of the country. Among them there are Max Lundin, the first chef in Sweden who sells 100% eco-friendly and vegetarian fast food; Stefano Catenacci and Magnus Nilsson whose restaurant Fäviken takes the 25-th place of the rating of the best restaurant in the world, as The Guardian reported.
The purpose of chefs of Sweden is to give the world-class food in fast food style and upon appropriate prices. The cost of delicacies of leading Swiss chefs varies from four to twelve euro.
