On this great holiday for all Christians of the Orthodox rite, we want to present you a video about the holy places of Palestine, namely the city of Bethlehem.

Hebron is well known for being the city of 3 religions and 3 civilizations, a real place of power. Perhaps that is why by twist of fate there emerged glass which looks fragile, but is centuries old, the same as Hebron.

In the capital of Ukraine the diplomatic reception organized by the Embassy of Palestine to Ukraine was organized. It was coincided to one of the most important national holidays in this country.

In Kyiv the official reception dedicated to the National Day of Palestine happened organized by the embassy of this state to Ukraine and personally Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Mohammed Al Asaad.

“To be home is to feel secured…” – these words belong to the founder and first head of Palestinian National Authority, fighter for freedom of Palestine, Nobel Prize winner Yasser Arafat. On November 11 Palestinian leader’s commemoration evening was held in Kyiv orchestrated by Embassy of Palestine in Ukraine and Palestinian expatriates.

In State architectural historical conservation Saint Sophia Cathedral there was a ceremony of official awarding of Palestinian artist Jamal Badwan with the medal of culture, science and art of the President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas.

The Embassy of Palestine in Ukraine organized the concert dedicated to the Day of National Culture in Kyiv National Academic Operetta’s Theatre. A solemn event was arranged to commemorate the poet of Palestinian revolution and its enabler Mahmoud Darvish.

Solemn reception, orchestrated by the Embassy of Palestine in Ukraine took place in Kyiv; it was dedicated to one of the most important national holidays – International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian People.

In early 20th century one of the least numerous peoples of the planet – The Samaritans – found itself on the verge of extinction. Back then all efforts were hurled into saving the ethnos and as of today it was managed to increase their number from 146 to 750 persons. This ethnical group resides in Israel not far from Tel Aviv as well as in Palestine in Kiryat Luza village nearby Mount Gerizim that is sacred for them.

On Thursday, on the 4-th of December, in Kiev the diplomatic reception has been held in honour of International day of solidarity with Palestinian nation.
